Fax machines are basically incorporated through the telephone network to send a copy of a document from one fax machine to another. With their capability to send documents in a few minutes wherever the sender and recipient are, fax machines continue to gain popularity in many business entities both small and large alike. On another note, a fax machine provides written records of the message being transmitted as the received copy will contain the phone number of the sender and the time of transmission. This written record can serve as evidence in the court of law when the need arises.
